Furnace Fixers manufactures quench tanks for batch processing. Our quench units can be used with light to heavy duty conveyors, transfer conveyors, and cooling conveyors. Most often these types of equipment are provided with ovens, drop bottoms, and furnaces.

As with all of the equipment designed and manufactured by Furnace Fixers, our washers and quench tanks are completely factory assembled and tested (with water) prior to shipment. We will be happy to discuss your specific project and work with you to choose the best equipment for your application.
